PAYMENT
We accept Visa Debit card payments, any cash payments, Treatment offers are not in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULES
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged the full treatment cost.
ARRIVAL
As a courtesy to all our clients, late arrivals will lessen your time spent with us. You will however still be charged the full price for the treatment booked.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome in the spa but you will take full responsibility of the children.
COURSES
All treatments we offer can also be purchased as a ‘course of treatments’. The expiration date on courses are 3 months for pack of 3 and 6 months for the pack of 5 (shareable with family members only). They are also non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatments deducted from your course.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available for purchase, either for particular treatments or for any amount of money. All vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packages
Pack of 3 expired after 3 months
Pack of 5 expired after 6 months (shareable with family members only)
Packages are valid only on the weekdays and not on the weekends.
If clients decide to have a treatment on the weekends,the full amount of treatment needs to be paid.However if clients have purchased a package already with us,they’ll have to pay the difference from the discounted treatment due to very busy days.
PRODUCTS AND TEA
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from our spa. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us.
FREE CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are free and available for all our Treatments.
HEALTH CONDITIONS AND ALLERGIES
Please advise us of any health conditions, medication and allergies you have as this may affect your treatment with us.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
You accept full responsibility for your personal property and belongings while on our premises. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft of any of your personal items. Any goods left and not re-claimed within 3 months will be disposed of.
MOBILE PHONES
To be considerate to all other clients, please turn your mobile phone to silent when you arrive for your treatment and not to speak loudly on the phone.

APPOINTMENTS AND GIFT VOUCHERS INFORMATION
When you purchase a service or gift voucher(s) in the spa or online, your information including name, address, email and contact number will be stored in our appointment system together with necessary information for us to provide the service(s). We do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
MARKETING
We may ask for consent to send you occasional marketing messages, using email or text messages. You will have the right to opt out of any message you receive with a clear unsubscribe link. You may continue to receive messages in relation to any transactions with us such as booking confirmations and reminders.
